1. Booking Confirmation

   Once you successfully complete the room booking process on our website, you will receive a confirmation email at the registered email address.
   This email will include the booking details, payment receipt (if applicable), and any necessary instructions regarding your stay.
   If you do not receive a confirmation email within 24 hours, please check your spam/junk folder or contact our support team.

2. Digital Delivery of Booking Confirmation

   Since room bookings are a service, no physical shipping is required.
   All booking confirmations and receipts will be sent electronically via email.
   You may also access your booking details through your account on our website (if applicable).
   

3. Check-in Process

   Guests must present a valid government-issued ID and the booking confirmation email at the time of check-in.
   Bookings are only valid for the dates specified during the reservation process.
   If there are any modifications or cancellations, they will be subject to our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
