At Devraha Baba Ashram, we strive to provide a peaceful and seamless experience for our visitors. We understand that plans may change, so we have a clear and simple cancellation and refund policy for advance bookings.

1. Cancellation Policy

   Cancellations Made 2 Days or More Before Check-In
   If you cancel your booking at least 2 days prior to your check-in date, a cancellation charge of ₹200 will be deducted, and the remaining amount will be refunded.
   Cancellations Made Within 2 Days of Check-In
   For cancellations made within 2 days of the check-in date, no refund will be provided.

2. Refund Process Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed within 7-10 business days from the cancellation date. The refund will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of booking.

3. How to Cancel a Booking

   To cancel your booking, please follow these steps: Log in to your account on the Devraha Baba Ashram website. Navigate to the "My Bookings" section and select the booking you wish to cancel. Confirm the cancellation request. Alternatively, you can contact us via email or phone for assistance with cancellations.

4. Non-Refundable Scenarios Bookings canceled within 2 days of the check-in date are non-refundable. Failure to check in on the booked date without prior cancellation will result in no refund.
